another lifter preload question for ms4 and caddy racing lifters

Default another lifter preload question for ms4 and caddy racing lifters

i have PRC 243 heads, 7.4 pushrods and caddy racing lifters with GM MLS gaskets .
do i just put the lifters in and torque the rocker arms down to 22ftlbs ?

In a perfect world yes, as long as your pushrods are the correct length.
