Default valves are not seating

Well today i did a cylnder leak down and this is what i found. number 1 cylnder had 22% leak number 3 had 85% leakage number 5 had 22% and number 7 had 65% leakage this is all left side readings and i even loosend all the valves to make sure they wornt open you can here it coming threw the intake what kind of numbers should i have for cylinder leak down I have a fresh lower end with je pistons so im hopeing im alright there

What kind of heads are they? What symtoms were you having? Oil burning?

symtoms are bad mph in the quarter .car just feels like it falls off after mid track no oil burning just plain lack off power what kind off leakage numbers should i have
