Default CheaTR CAM!!

what u guys think about the cheaTR cam I'm thinking about putting one in my every day driver.
just wanted to get some opinions

i have one and i love it. i originally had nitrous with the cam but last year went with STS, car still makes great power and has good driving manners, idle is nice not lopey.

i love my MTI stealth II cam. you cannot hear a thing really but it does give you a bit moe power.

not to steal this thread but do you think on motor this cam could dip into the 11's w/ mods in sig?

from what i'm reading on the thunder website, the cheatr cam can be used on a basically stock car?...i have an slp lid and cat-back....and a predator tuner and thats bout it?....what else would i need to modify to make this cam work?

Valve springs and pushrods. You can use it with stock manifolds, stock y-pipe, stock muffler, etc. A lid, ported throttle body, etc. will all help you generate more power, but I guess are not 100% needed. They do however make perfect sense if you're adding a cam, but the cam would show more of a hp gain by itself than all the rest of those bolt-on modifications. Then, once you finally do start doing the boltons, your car should respond VERY well to them.

I've heard two CheaTR cam'd cars and they essentially still sound stock. So, you'd have a really good sleeper car.
