Default Oil Pan Clearance

I am currently in the midst of a high boost procharged build up. I recently purchesed a BMR K member and was wondering if that would add any extra clearance for a truck oil pan. I've read that the truck pans are bigger and have a bigger windage tray. I also heard they are just all around better suited for a high hp build. Anyone try it before in an Fbody.

You will hit and scrape the pan constantly, even on a stock height car. It hangs down a good bit further then stock. I personally wouldn't run one, again

The Truck pan is about 3" deeper than a F-Body pan. Don't thing it is a good idea unless your going to go and raise your car.

Thanks guys, sounded like a good way to upgrade the old oiling system. I didn't know it was that much bigger!
