Default Damn it....need a little help here...

Snaped about 1/4" of the front passenger side intake manifold bolt in the head. Look like I am going to have to drill and tap this baby out. Never done this before. I need some advice on what to do, what NOT to do. Please help me save a set of very expensive Stage 2 heads! Also, I am now wondering if I am torquing these bolts to the right amount...can someone dig up a number for me? TIA.

Ouch, I was trying to torque those guys to 12 ft-lbs...no wonder that bolt snapped. These bolts have been tightened multiple times too, have had the intake off the car 4 or 5 times now.
