Default Factory M6 idle?

Ive been reading a bit in here, noticed that everyone's seems to idle lower than mine
I have a 98 M6, and it idles at 1,000 when warm
a lil bit higher when cold
Is this bad?

any help is appreciated

The factory idle is set to 1000 RPM when cold (1050 if below freezing) and 800 RPM when warm. Your tach is just off slightly from the factory.

Tach is off ( maybe to compensate for being slow in the upper rpms? ). My 98 stock showed 1000 warm on the stock tach and 800 on A-tap.
