Cam swap without spring change?

This may sound like a really dumb question, but here's my situation. I am swapping out my oil pump for a new one since I think my pressure valve has been sticking sometime during startup.
ANYWAY, while I'm in there, I was thinking about maybe doing a cam swap, and checking my pushrods for any bending. I really don't want to get into changing all the springs, but I hate to take everything apart for the oil pump and not do some kind of performance upgrade.
So are there any cams that don't require new springs? If not I'll just do the pump <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

Any cam with higher than stock lift (.500") is going to require better valvesprings. Even at that, if you are going to spin the engine higher than 6K RPMs you should get stronger springs and hardened pushrods to be safe. The stockers are barely adequate as is. You probably shouldn't change cams until you're ready to do it right.
Just my $.02. Otherwise you may create some big problems for yourself. <img border="0" alt="[kaboom]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_bomb.gif" />

Well, I did say it was a dumb question! <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" />
In any case, I'll enjoy my new oil pump until I get more ambitious and tackle a cam and spring change... like next summer maybe..
Thanks for the quick answer
