Default Quick cam question

Hey guys had a few real quick questions. On a relatively stock 98 m6 trans am, how much power would be picked up installing the TR cam as follows: 220/220 .553/.553 114 LSA. I've been doing some searching and this seems to be a good daily driver cam (emissions also important). Assuming the car doesn't have much more than a lid, new exhaust, and possibly mac mids, how well does this cam perform with stock heads? Stage 2 heads? How about with a 100 dry shot?

355 rwhp w/stock exhaust. 370 rwhp w/ Mac's. 410 rwhp with good Stage 2's. All of the above w/ NOS 5177 dry 100 shot = 485 rwhp. My opinions. Maybe a little on the high side, as I'm not that familiar with results on the TR220. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Thanks much, anyone else able to confirm these numbers?

edit: Also I'll clarify a little, with the 100 shot should I change the cam in any way (like the lsa) in order to gain some power? If so, how much would this effect my numbers, and would it still remain emissions friendly?

If you change anything, go with a cam that has a bit longer exhaust duration than intake duration. Nitrous and boosted cars seem to like a split pattern cam better. A 114 LSA should be ok with what you want to do emission-wise but if it isn't that important, go with a 112 LSA. It will move your power curve down slightly.
