Peak power with XE or XE-R lobes

I'm looking into having a custom grind done on a cam. The intake duration will be 228 and a 111 lsa. Will going with XE-R lobes lower the RPM that the power peaks vs. going with XE lobes? I would like to go with the less aggressive XE lobes since the car is street driven, but not if I'm going to have to rev higher. TIA
