I'm sure some local machine shop could look at it and tell you if it can be built up. I'd even call to a race shop and ask. worst , I make it into a coffee table for my game room!

Is it just me or is the hole for the cam all fucked up? Now that I think about it my guess would be that they fucked the motor up and threw it away. Whats the number on the back? Cant you look those up?

Weird to find it just laying there. Espeacially a LS1 type block. No need to hide those anymore? I'd bust the sleeves out and sell the block for aluminum scrap. ***** up to $1.50 a lb. or so......That's a cool couple hundred in your pocket for dumpster diving.

What in the hell?

Notice the big black X on it? Must not have passed inspection or something and someone sneaked it out. That's very wierd. Is there any casting numbers on it?

Maybe Karma is real; if your **** wasn't blown up you might not have been in the Jeep, wouldn't have room to stash it in the trunk. I say polish those liners, put a nice piece of glass on it, tell the wife to calm down.

How is the rebuild coming along BTW?

I'm surprised no one else has pointed it out yet, but if you look where I "drew" the circle, it says 5.3 on it pretty clearly. Its a raw 5.3 casting most likely.
