Default cam help

i'm looking to buy a cam, my car is a 98 z dd and a4 with 2.73 gear. other than lid and cat back its stock. but i want to build my motor to make from 425 to 450. and still be able to drive it daily to school and highway. i dont drive my car like a drag car i cruise with it and once in a while get on. i like the rough idle but dont care if the cam i go with doesnt have a rough ilde. i was looking at comp xtreme rpm cam, its a 220/224 what i was wondering is that to small for 425-450 or is it the cam i would want. im not that great with cams and heads but just trying to get some help on this to make this power, what cam i should be reading up on and if a set of Patriot LS Series Stage 2 heads would work good for the setup.

i'm just trying to find out what i should be looking at as to this power that i want. i will be getting long tubes and a yank 3200 and possible if everything is right 3.73 gear.
