Default Weird ticking.

Ok, here's the situation: I got done installing a FAST 90/90 setup yesterday. After my buddy and I opened it up, I started hearing a ticking noise coming from either my engine or under the car. It speeds up or slows down with the engine speed. It didn't do it right after I started the car, it ran fine for about 10 minutes until I brought it up to about 6000rpm.

I have full oil pressure (50psi) which drops to 25psi at warm idle.

No codes.

I just installed Pacesetters and stock LS6 heads. The car ran fine. Before with 90/90 swap, with the exception of me forgetting to plug in #7 cylinder injector. Whoops.

So, what could it be?

Sounds like the fast did not seal right and is leaking. Can you hear a sucking noise at all, did you torque it to spec with the two pass sequence, did you use the bolts that came with the fast for the valley floor because the stock ones sit to high and will cause the fast not to seal all the way?

Yes on the valley pan bolts, I did replace them. I did not torque it to spec, but I did use the correct torque sequence and I did do two passes. This might explain the loss in vacuum, I was only getting about 10 psi in my vacuum gauge when normally I got around 13-15. Might that explain it?
