Whats a fair price on a stock low milage ls6 I have this guy that has a 03 z06 ls6 with 32k miles on the motor. I am getting everything minus the fuel rails and wiring harness, I am going carburator. What is a reasonable offer on this motor. I don't want to insult the guy or get ripped off.

Well I found out now its an 04 comes complete even with waterpump, alternator, ps, etc. Comes with everything minus the engine harness which doesn't matter... My buddy saw it the other day and said it looked brand new.
