Hot cam specs. Help newbie cam guy decipher

I have the hot cam and it cam with a spec sheet. I know very little about cams explain to me what they represent
Intake Exhaust
Lobe lift: .308 .308
Gross valve lift .525 .525
Lobe centerline 109 deg. 115 deg.
Duration @.006" 271 280
Duration @.050 218 227
Rocker arms ratio 1.7 1.7
Valve lash zero zero
Lobe separation 112

think the .050 duration should be 218/227.525.525 112

Go to crane or comp. cams web site their write ups will help you out. That's alot of info to try & explain.
