At our last Motown Muscle club event at Grand Bend, there was a gold Trans Am WS6, it had an Agostino banner on it, and was pitting over by the ARE boys. It sayd 442ci C5R on the hood. It was a N20 setup also. The motor let go on its first run around half track, it still ran like 11.0 or something crazy like that.

I see that on the block page it list a big bore, for use up to a 442. I wondered if they had actually built this for anyone yet? Or is the 432 the biggest?

I have an ARE 436.

It will be back out next year ready to suprises some people.

Ha ha Steve. I was waiting for you to say something. I'm throwing it around, and trying to justify the spending. With the 10% off from ARE, the cost is justified.
Really, I'm trying to talk myself into it

Yeah didnt that car run 9.50s with 3600-3700 pound raceweight? If I remember correctly it was almost 3800 pounds when it ran 10.90 NA and 9.7X on spray
Chris

This is completely true. Actually it ended up going 9.65 with the 3800# raceweight. It still had both stock front seats and working AC and PS also. When we were at Grand Bend we were hoping for some good runs since we took a lot of weight out. We were actually hoping for 9.30-9.20's possibly.
Ohh well.
It will be back out next spring running better than ever.

I am not positive hehe

If I remember he still had radio, full dash, door panels, center console, carpet in the car. I think the front pass seat and rear seats were out right?

We are still looking for more weight to loose also.

It lifted a head to the best of my knowledge. I'm not 100 sure on that though.
