Need help about overheating problem!!
The thing is the I have all the best of the best cooling system in my DRM stroker engine (DRM big radiator, oil cooler, 160 stat, fans).
When I recently got the car the temp was running fine. In 105 day, the car with traffic and A/C on, the temp just go up to 200.
Now I'm confronting trouble that in the same condition, the coolant temp is up to like 220 and still going up until I turn of the A/C or go high speed to refresh the radiator...
I flushed the radiator with AC Delco flusher 2 times. I don't know if the AC Delco flusher is good or not but I did it.
The second time (last time) I flushed the car, I filled with 3 bottle of Red Line water wetter and a quater of Prestone coolant and 2 gallons of normal water.
I thought that my overheating problem with finish at this time, but still continue after I drove the car 30 minutes ago in a traffic and low speed area with A/C on...
What opinion, advice or recomendation you can give me?
My mistake when I get the car from DRM, I filled the radiator with a normal water without any coolant and I run with just water for around a year with the engine without any overheating problem until 3 months ago...
I think that I have a corrosion problem in the radiator and need to fix that problem....
I change the stat already and check the fan and everything seems ok.
Any input for help would be fine...

Does it makes a difference?
If you can get some kind of fiberoptic scope to look down in the radiator, that is probably your best bet. The prestone radiator flush is the best I have seen. It comes in a 2 part paper can and is a powder. It cleans everything out. ONly problem is that no cleaner or flush I have found will remove rust. They just are not made to do that.

I make a mistake that I use for almost one year the car with just regular water in the radiator and I think that is the problem... But need solution!!
The fans are ok...
In a high speed the coolant temp drop dramatically...
My problem is in traffic and the car in idle the temp go up to 220 and still going up if I decide to let the car in idle...
But a 6 months before, the car was in idle 24 hrs with no more than 200 in the coolant temp...
So, what do you think? I'm thinking to flush the car again, but wich is the best flusher in the market??

The things is the engine coolant's temp was running excellent by a year with no more than 200F in a high traffic and 105F day!!!
Then suddenly one day the coolant temp appear with 225F in a same condition day...
The mistake I did is I used the car for almost a year with just water in the radiator...
So I think I need to flush the car for correct the problem...
What do you think?
