Default Lingenfelter H/C packages

Thinking about it and was wondering if it was true that they can't do the H/C package if your car has over a certain amount of miles. I heard if over 24,000 miles, they can't do the conversion.

Enlighten me please.....

In a way, yes that is true. If the car has over 30,000 on it, we like to go through the bottom-end and make sure everything is in good shape. We do this for 2 reasons:
1. We offer a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on every engine package. We like to make sure that everything is is tip-top shape before it leaves here.
2. John is a perfectionist. The car must be in 100% working order before it leaves the shop. He will not let a car leave if it is not perfect and spotless inside and out.

However, we will do the package if it has more mileage in it, but we will want to look at the entire engine and replace anything that has more than normal wear.

I don't mean to hijack this thread but, how is John doing these days? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Maybe you could put up a post in the Lounge with an update?

Thanks

John
