Default Low oil pressure

Got the new motor in,fired it up and what do you know?Oil pressure SUX.Pressure at idle is showing 0 at 4000 it shows 35. I've changed the o ring,the pump,the filter,and I've checked the o ring and the pick up tube seating 3 times now. WTF??? Does anyone have a clue? Is this a new motor or did it have work done at a machine shop? If it was machined, check for the plug on the back of the block. If its not there, you will have little to no pressure. Do a search on here and you will find more info on it
