??? About raising compression & hp gains

??? About raising compression & hp gains what type of hp/tq gains (percentage wise) would one see going from say 9.4.1 to 10.1.1, all other thing being equal?
Here is why Im wondering..... trying to figure out the difference between the 2001 C3 specs and the 2003 Silverado SS specs. C3 is 9.4.1 and is 320hp/370tq, the SS is 10.1.1 and is 345hp/380tq. I would think the bump in compression would add a little more than that??? Especially with the torque. Im I wrong, or is there possibly something else different??
