Default ??? About raising compression & hp gains

what type of hp/tq gains (percentage wise) would one see going from say 9.4.1 to 10.1.1, all other thing being equal?

Here is why Im wondering..... trying to figure out the difference between the 2001 C3 specs and the 2003 Silverado SS specs. C3 is 9.4.1 and is 320hp/370tq, the SS is 10.1.1 and is 345hp/380tq. I would think the bump in compression would add a little more than that??? Especially with the torque. Im I wrong, or is there possibly something else different??

It varies a little depending on what all mods you have but generally about 20 horses for every point you go up for instance 10:1 to 11:1.

However, what about the torque? Only +10 with this bump in compression?
