If you install them and your car starts smoking at every start up...then you know you have GTP heads.

I guess me and my friend both got good sets of GTP heads. Haven't seen any smoke yet.

I believe GTP have serial #'s engraved on the heads so that you can call them up and verify their flow #s, etc.

Another way of telling they are GTP's is that Craig debur's all his heads so when installing they don't have sharp edges to get cut unlike the stock casting's have...Nice idea if you ask me and no, all I have had in the past was kick *** power with his heads...Smoke? What smoke? The only smoke I seen is when I smoked your ***!!!!

BADZ is correct. Craig does de-burr every set his does and it makes it much easier on the hands.

I'm not sure if the heads that come directly from GTP have any serial numbers on them. However, if the heads were purchased and assembled through Thunder Racing, they will have a Purchase Order # on the back of both cylinder heads.

As for the smoking issues, I have personally not seen any of this with the countless sets I have installed.

Say all you want. I guess I am just making it up. The GTP's I purchased didn't smoke on two different motors. I didn't have to replace all of the valveguides and seals to get it to quit smoking. I'm just making this up for fun, right?
BTW, Craig pretty much told me to **** off shortly after arguing about this problem.

Joe, I'm not sure why Craig would ever tell any of his customers to F_CK off as he has always been a great guy to deal with..I'm sure there's always two side to every story not saying your not telling the true about this Joe but I do know Craig likes his repeat customer's better then that.

Call my bluff. Oh, and what is my motive? He flat out did not stand behind his product. PERIOD. LEt it go. I know you are friends with Craig, but this happened. I've given you the short side of the story.

Joe, there is nothing to let go, I am just stating that Craig has never ran into any problems until you came along, It's not that I am friends with him I am, its the fact that all these people that have posted here and never had any problems with there heads smoking..I don't really know the logistics on you heads but 99.9% he does try to come through for his customers that's all I am saying Joe as this is not to flame you by no means but only to make a point of customer satisfactory...

I'm not the only person he has pissed of with his bad business practices. I can get you a few examples from other boards if you would like? Or let you know of a shop who just won't do business with him anymore b/c of the way he does things. Actually 2 shops.
