shaft mount rockers for HYD motor?

I have a set of T&D Shaft Mount solid roller rockers that are from a previous setup. Are the shaft mounts compatible with hydraulic roller cams/lifters/springs?

Should be no problem, but don't expect to be able to use the same pushrod length.
