Just enough head? Lol!!!

I have a 2002 camaro with tr 224 cam and full bolt ons . It made 376hp and 366trq I would like to hit 400 what heads can i get that will get me atleast to 400 hp?

A good set of 5.3 heads worked over should get you there too along with some higher compression.

As for best bang for the buck I'd go with these:

Patriot perfromance, livernois, and prc 243 castings are probably the best bang for the buck. You might make a little more hp with the other heads but they will cost you.

also as big mike suggested you could look into some patriot 5.3's or prc 5.3's to up your compression a little as another option.

If you're looking for a great head at a great price, we've made more power than you are aiming for with our stage 1 and stage 2 heads with cams similar to yours. My C5 made 420 RWHP / 390 RWTQ with our stage 1 cnc head, 224/228 114 cam, Longtubes, X-pipe, Stock Z06 catback, and LS6 manifold.
