MS4 on stock heads/flycutting?

MS4 on stock heads/flycutting? Sorry if this is a newbie question, but can you run a MS4 cam on the stock 241 heads and not have to do any flycutting. Is there anyone running a set-up like this or no? What kind of power are you making? Also if no one is running this, why aren't too many people doing it, too big of a cam for the stock heads?
TSP says you should be okay, depending on the LSA, but I would measure it anyway just to be sure. Taking the time to measure everything is a lot easier and cheaper then bouncing a valve off a piston 
you should be fine on a cam only swap, people start pushing the limits when they mill the heads, get bigger valves and so forth. But the cam really does need a set of ported heads to show its true potential.

not to hijack your thread or anything, but does anyone know what the ptvc readings are on stock heads and gasket? I have tried looking all over and can't find anyone that has actually measure it. I'm about to plug an ms4 into mine. If i can't find anyone that has i will post it up when i get mine in.

yeah the ms4 is fine on the stock heads... as long as you dont go under 111LSA then you should be fine. about porting the stock heads, i would look into a set of new ones b/c on a good porting job your looking close to around the same price so if thats the case spend a little more and get something better

MS3 MS4 T-rex g5x4 etc etc come ALOT closer then the generally accepted amounts
call texas and they should be able to give you the actual measurements they've found
