or delco iridiums (whom i believe NGK makes anyway
GM P/N 12571164 with AC Delco P/N 41-985, is gapped to 1.01 mm (0.040 inches)
plug wires i prefer Taylor 8mm or better 10.4mm Thundervolts
3rd down or 5th down - im not a fan of msd's since i know many guys who have thrown them in the garbage shortly after installing them

and same goes for the wires. with such short distance from coil to plug, not much need for high $$ super thick wires. taylor spiro pros work great and were about $45 last i looked
