Finishing up my head swap and saw this little bitch in the back, its on the same harness as the fuel injectors on the driver side about 4 inches down from the last injector plug in the back...wtf is this thing for? were does it connect? does it look like theres another half to it thats broke off?

I plugged in 2 straps on the driver side only, none on the passenger, I've been having toruble with the car running right the last few months, since before winter, and I bet that little peice of **** it why !!!

Measure it for any voltage when the car is running.
If it is anywhere near 12 volts, I could be wrong, but I say it is a broken ground cable.

yeah, unfortchunatly I am away from home untill friday so I cant check and I had to focus on getting my driver side head back off before I had to leave since I found out the threads for the spark plug in Cyl #8 were all fucked up. Of course I didnt find out untill I was basically completly done.

attach a new eyelet and see if it clears up
