Best N2O internals?

Best N2O internals? I'm looking to buy parts for a rebuild before I end up HAVING to rebuild. What internals do you prefer and where is a cheap place to buy them? Not "sponsors on right". There's 203u320752907 sponsors. Which one is cheapest?
I'm hoping to spray about a 250-300 shot (most likely in 2 stages). So I'm considering the following (rebuilding using stock block and stock crank):
Diamond flat-top pistons (with valve reliefs)
Hellfire Rings
Callies Compstar rods
I just enjoy racing. I'm not into competing. So if some of these parts are too expensive, or there are similarly priced equivalents, let me know. I want a rebuild that won't worry me when I spray. But after reading, I'm not sure that these components can handle it. A safe estimate is that I'm at 450rwhp NA. So add 250 and I'd be around 700rwhp. Pretty stressful stuff.
