The little black grommet/gasket deals on the bottom of the valley cover? Whats the proper name for these things and are you guys replacing them after you remove your valley cover?

they are grommets simply.. I went to dealership and got some to replace ooooold ones during my motor build. They were surprisingly cheap, like 6$ for the pair.. Much more reasonable than the 5$ oil pickup tube to pump bolt lol.
