noise vavle train after racing!

i got back from race track and vavle train is very noisey can it loosen up and what is the fix? i hope it isn't a rod and input would be appr. tia.

what kin of noise is it??
is it tapping? or is it more like knocking ???
where does it seem like its coming from??

If it's a top end tapping, like mine was, go ahead and buy some Comp pushrods or Manley from Scoggin Dickey. That should fix you right up.

is sounds like tapping but i can't tell where i have hooker exhaust and head and cam so it was noise alittle now it loud it sound on top but then it on bottom to loud exhaust.
