any1 with stock cam pics 98-00

any1 with stock cam pics 98-00? reason im asking is there 3 sets of number on my stock one and my car had a ls6 ported oil pump when i pulled everything today.

Mine had some kind of blocks on the back of the cam. It may be aftermarket saying you have a ported oil pump already.
