My goal is an 11.5-11.8 second car (closer to 11.5 being more appreciated). Reason is don't want to put roll bar in DD. I want to do LT Headers, Cam, AFR 205's, Intake, 4.10 gears. My question is, what cam specs should I consider in order to meet but not exceed this goal? What type of RWHP/RWTq would I see with your suggested cam specs

Not much with good 60'. Ive seen a couple guys with my Tr230/224 and stock heads pull 11.8s on a good 60'.
Just remember good traction is going to snap that little 10-bolt in half, especially with 4.10s. - Which is the reason i dont have any track times myself yet.

is your car an a4 or m6?????? i would go with all your bolt ons and make some bolt offs, if a4 then then a 4000 converter and go with an ms4 and go with stock heads. i would change to a 12bolt though for sure if going with 4.10s. also if you want a nice smooth dd you could go with a smaller cam and go with a shot of nitrous b/c the ms4 is not a little cam.

Both me and my girlfriend ran a best of 11.36 with smallish cams and all the goodies.
Her(red z in sig) 224/228. Me(white WS.6 in sig) 229/229. Previous owner of the green car in sig went 11.57 with a hot cam. It's all in the set up!
