torque specs?

i lost my ls1 bible....

i need to know a couple of torque specs....

flexplate to crank -

IIRC i thought it was something like, 25 - 50 - 74

and accesories to block (alternator to block) -

Alternator:
37 (alt)
18 (rear alt bracket to block)
18 (rear alt bracket to alt)
