Default Question on a Cam

I think I made a mistake but I hope I didnt.

Gut feeling I did but can a VooDoo 268 Part #60103LK be used on a 99 LS1 out of a Camaro SS? I looked it up at the local auto parts store and this cam was offered under performance cams but after reading around I havnt found any info to support it can be used...

Please tell me I didnt F**k up...

yeah, now that i have my lunati book in front of me, (you fucked up). that part # is for 1st gen. small blocks with a hyd. flat tappet cam. you should have been looking at part #60511 222/228 .567/.567 113+4 and #60512 232/238 .599/.601 113+4 fo ls1 engines.

Why would this cam/lifter package be listed as a LS1 cam in the Advance Auto Computer then.... God this is frustrating. Hopefully I can just go to Holly here in Bowling Green and ask them their opinion.

Guess Im off to return the cam tomarrow.
