Default a question about drivability

where do other "big" cams compare to the Trex?

the Rex was just a little too much for me to daily drive...

but i dont want to go into a small cam either.

so where does the MS3 MS4 etc compare to the trex in daily driving, etc.

PS i also drove my trex with a 3.42 and that will also be getting changed

I really dont think a switch from the Trex to a MS4 is going to make that big of a difference.

Have you gotten deep into the tune on your car. The tune is where most of the driveability lays on the big cammed cars.

And gears will really help your driveability on the day to day basis.

Since your already going with gears, I woulda tried that before pulling the cam out.

If you are going to get another one then, I would go with the MS4. TSP claims more HP and better driveability with the new design. I would get some gears to go along with it as those will really help out on the day to day driving.

yeah same here... ms4 i say. drivability depends on the person also. something to you might be fine and the same cam for me will be a pain in the ***. as long as you get a GOOD tune on a big cam you should be alright
