580 lift w/stock heads,manifolds? What et's

Considering going with 226 583 112 with +4 and was wondering if anyone has done a similar set up with stock heads and stock manifolds. Also, I used to run 4.11's with the hotcam and was fairly happy with results but I keep hearing dyno #'s drop considerably with 4.11s. Does this really matter at the track? Is it a "catch 22" on the dyno? I really don't give a crap about rwhp, I only care about dropping that et, afterall, I've never ever even once won a race with a dyno sheet.

My last 99 set up was hotcam, borla, 4.11's, lid, filter, torq bushing, !maf screen, superchips tuning, shifter. I ran 12.54 @ 112.x at one track, 12.62 @ 114.2 at another on Goodyear GSC's with 1.90 60's. Planning on same mods but probably with this cc 58X 226 112 cam. Will end up with probably Hooker lt's and ls6 intake one day. Thanks for any ideas.
