I run the 160 w/ 29 degrees timing at WOT. I swapped the 160 for a stock unit to test a theory and got about 2* knock retard. w/ the 160 my car usually runs between 175-180.

what do you think would be best for a 427 stroker under 5-15psi of boost?

I don't bypass TBs and I run a stock thermostat. My car is dialed in for this combo and it never gets hot anyway. And I got a 98. And my **** reads correctly. Not some bullshit that don't know whats going on.

Well, the majority has 160*F .....hmmm. I'll have to see what they say at Rapid Motorsports when I get it tuned thanks everyone for your input
