Where the hell is Castrol Syntec on this poll? Still haven't found the European Formula 0w-30, but the Syntec 10w-30 has been good to me for 2 years now.

I use Syntec mostly. My last change was as well I believe. I ran it in my previous cars too.

I've never used it in my car. But I usually see German Castrol 0-w30 at Autozone.

5W-30. Whatever high quality oil is on sale (High quality being defined as made by a NASCAR, NHRA or IHRA sponsor -- i.e., just about anybody).

AMSOIL 5-30, and Lucas Synthetic oil stabilizer. I have used this combo in my cars for the last 6 years.

Penzoil Platinum 10w30. It really helped with the cold morning piston slap. Much quieter then the GC and M1 I had tried before.

Well at least I'm not the only one. Mine is loud as hell I'm going back to M1 or trying Amsoil next time at the recommendation of my tuner.

Mobil 1 5w-30...with Mobil 1 filter.

If I had a brand new car, and more money, I'd use German Catrol or maybe Amsoil.
