the car will run fine then all of a sudden (once a day at most) it will bog like hell when i'm trying to accelerate, feels like im not even giving it any gas. then all of a sudden it freaks out and goes fast, but the car doesnt feel as fast as it should...
Ok so plug the thing into the blue wire, but if the voltage is low or high, what do I do about it? What screw do I adjust?

k it was set at .50 or .52 volts depending on which ground i used... Do you guys think that could cause my car to act funny only 10% of the time? or would it be constant?

i tried about 5 different ground spots and got a different reading on each of them (some said .04, and 3 of them said .50 so I went ahead and used those grounds to set it to .61) Now it is doing the same thing, but a little worse... Could drilling the throttlebody have something to do with this? we barely drilled it at all, not even enough to notice the difference.
Any other suggestions? I dont want to take it to a shop because I feel like they are just going to waste time with my car and charge me without fixing anything, i'm not throwing any codes at all and i have done all of the basic stuff already...
It litterally feels like I have water in my gas or something, the car just doesnt know how to act. The seafoam diddnt fix it so i'm assuming its not an injector, i replaced the spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, o2 sensor, etc.
HELP!

drilling the throttle body wouldn't do anything as long as you did the idle relearn procedure. If anything got worse adjusting to .6v, just undo it back to where it was & do the relearn procedure bc it sounds like that isn't your problem afterall. As for the ground, I always use the bolt sticking up on the driver side strut tower.
Other things to try are:
1. change to new NGK tr55 sparkplugs
2. new MSD sparkplug wires
3. change fuel filter
4. complete seafoam in intake, vaccuum lines, and fuel tank
5. make sure your coil packs look good and the main harness on each side is plugged in.
6. check hoses for wear, maybe something is seizing up like the a/c
7. check your fuses
8. take it to a board sponsor and get help
I can't remember how much of this you did, it's been awhile since I read this thread.

where can I buy one, and is there a writeup some where for this? Thank you guys for your help, hope its not the pump because dont those cost like $2k to fix?
If the problem isnt consistant you would think it would be hard to test, but i dunno... maybe i can get a fuel pressure guage constantly running on my a piller or something...
