Who has high milage on their Isky 295D springs?

Who has high milage on their Isky 295D springs? I'm just wondering how long the 295s are good for? I have about 8K miles on mine and the heads are now on the new motor. I would hate to lunch a spring and ruin all that good work and those expensive internals. I'm wondering if I'm good for another 7k miles or so if the car sees redline a few times a week?
