Default Ls2 Heads

Is there a significant gain in going from stock LS1 heads to stock LS2 heads?

I think they are made for a bigger bore and won't fit a LS1.

I have a set of #243 LS2 heads on my 04. I'm not sure what gain by themselves because I had a cam installed at the same time, but they wiil fit. The place that did the swap said they were probably worth 10-15 HP.
