Default TSP 224r vs. Torquer V2 in a 6.0 LQ9

I need a litte guidance in regards to selecting a cam. I have a Regular Cab Short Bed Silverado weighing in at 4300 lbs. I have a TT2600, Long Tube Headers, CAI, and 4.10 gears. I am buying a LQ9 to put in it.

The engine is going to remain stock except for the cam/valvetrain. Looking a TSP's site, the 224r and the Torquer V2 have nearly the same powerband. I was going to go 224r. But now, I am thinking the V2. Is the V2 too much cam for the existing mods and vehicle weight? I do not want to spin the motor much more than 6200, max 6500 rpm.

Should I be concerned about PTV clearances with the v2?

I'd definatley look to something a little bit smaller than the torquer in a truck. Honestly I'd look to the 224/228 or the 228/228 camshaft. Both of those would get you a little bit more hp than the 224 camshaft.
