Cam question (tryed search)
I tryed using the search but it kept taking me to a cannot find server page and kept kicking me offline...But i have a 98 Z28 that im getting ready to do a stock rebuild to but want to get a fairly big cam in while the motor is torn down. I am leaving the haeds stock and unported for now but will get new heads and cam combo later down the road, but I was suggested the Thunder Racing Reverse Split" 230/224 .575/.563 111 LSA for a really good cam with stock heads, but i was wondering if there were any other bigger cams i could use for stock heads or should i just go with this cam? Thanks anyhelp will be greatly appreciated. -Zach

im not a fan of reverse split cams. you can go with a just about any cam within reason that you want with stock heads. anything pretty much under a 240 dur cam will basicly fit. when you get in the 240's+ things start getting tight. i had a 228/232 in my stock motor and loved if for power under the curve. nice DD.
