Default How to confirm it's a real LG

Ordered a used LG G5X3 cam on an 114LSA. No cam card, but on one end, there's a '7 E' and 'X3' as well as '114' hand etched. Is everyone else's cam like that? I don't it doesn't confirm it 100%, but it would put my mind at ease a bit. I guess I COULD get it cam doctored, but that'd be a good amount of money.

Im almost 100% positive thats how they send them out. I think they grind the numbers from comp off so you cant get the specs of it.
