Default Question LS1, LS6 Cam, 317 casting heads

Ok, I'm not an engine Guru, but I know my way around an engine pretty well. Please let me know what you think of this combo.

I have a LS1 from a 2002 TransAm WS6. The engine has 51K on it, and there are no internal mods, except that the oil pan and pick up was converted to a front sump. (It’s in a swapped car).

I just picked up a set of heads casting 317 from a vehicle that was rolled over. The odometer read 5614 I believe, but I got these heads for next to nothing, I figured it might be a nice little upgrade to the stock LS1 heads.

These are the specs I found.
Casting Number 317
Head: 2001+ LQ4 6.0 Liter Truck
Material: Aluminum
Part Number:
12572035
Combustion Chamber Volume: 71.06cc
Compression Ratio: 10:1
Intake Port Volume: 210cc
Exhaust Port Volume: 75cc
Intake Valve Diameter: 2.00 inches
Exhaust Valve Diameter: 1.55 inches

I also got lucky on craigslist of all places. I picked up a stock LS2 intake, injectors, throttle body, and fuel rails. Now I can’t use the throttle body but I only paid 200 for all of it. The guy who sold them to me has a 2006 vette with a supercharger and much more. The car has less then 12K and he said he pulled them off last year. So I'm going to assume low miles, maybe 6K.

Now with this all aside I am going to get the heads checked out, and clean everything up. I am hoping to get a nice increase with everything and a 90mm throttle body. I am shopping for a cam though. What I have read it seems that the LS2 and LS6 cams are the same.
Do you think I will have to modify these heads with a LS6 cam?
If so what would you recommend?

I am hoping to get this LS1 up to the power range of the LS6 with the proper dyno tuning, and ECU programming. Well any suggestion would help, I am hoping not to get reamed.

Oh just so you know the car is a Nissan 240SX. And the specs / mods are
MSD fuel pump and regulator, 8 gallon fuel cell
Custom headers, dual 3.5 inch stainless exhaust, dual Borla 3.5 in/out XR mufflers
TH350 from Maddog transmissions. TCI streetfighter LSX/TH350 2500 stall converter, and TCI Flexplate.
AC compressor delete.

Is the LS6 came the same as the stock LS2 cam. If so will tese heads work as is, or will I have to mod them? What can i exspect in a total HP gain?

I thought LQ4's were 9.1:1 and LQ9's were 10:1 because of flat-top pistons.
Basically LS6 heads with bigger combustion chambers.
IMO is screw the stock cams and run a 224 minimum.
