Best cam for daily driver

Best cam for daily driver i am looking for a cam that will give me great low / mid range power, i dont want something to lopey, also what would i need for the install, valve springs. etc... everything i would need, what would a place like speed inc. charge fo install roughly? any ideas are greatly appreciated, i read alot of threads but im not really "cam smart" so anything would help

I have a Torquer 2 232/234, .595"/.598 112 LSA cam sitting in my garage thats fixing to go in my daily driven car, has dart 205 heads and a fast 90/90 intake LT headers.
are you just going for a cam only car? or heads in the future? springs are a must for basically any aftermarket cam, and I would suggest a ported or ls6 oil pump as well.
I also have an extra torquer 2 cam if your so inclined...brand new in box.

I'm not so sure that I would consider the T2 a low and midrange cam, despite the name. There are several cams in the 216 - 224 range that would fit the bill much better. Since you've got 4.10's and full exhaust in your favor, something like a 220/220 on 112 would work really well all around, with a little more snap perhaps than a 224/224.
I'm certain lots of other people will chime in and tell you that you need to go bigger or you'll regret it. Or you might also hear that you can DD much bigger cams. The VE's of those larger cams don't lend themselves to low and mid range, fuel efficiency and easy drivability.

i see well i think i have another problem, i bent a couple pushrods replaced them, and the car hasnt been running right, from what some people are telling me a valve must have touched piston or something, what kinda repair costs do you guys think i am looking at, i need help here guys feel free to chime in

It's not all THAT hard to do.
Drivability is ALL in the tune.

great low-mid range,w ith a killer top end. its a mild cam, nothing small but nothing big. comp 918 springs will hold up to it well with hardened pushrods. cam peaks at 6300 so you dont have to spin it to the moon to make the power. TSP claims 35-40rwhp cam only with it.
