i just put in the tr 224 112 lsa cam and took it for a ride no ses light everything sound good and feel good stoped over a buddys house let it idle a for a couple mins leave there start to give it gas cars starts to die as if it wasn't gettin fuel throws a code and after like a couple light press's on the gas cars back to running strong get home disconnect battery reset comp next day start it up let the comp adjust enough to idle again i leave take a lil ride bout 28 mile just cruisin around no ses light go home turn off car wash it then pull it in to the garage to dry it no ses light go to pull it out throws code and acts like its running out of fuel is this just the comp gettin use to the cam or is it something else code a interceptor gauge on the way to read code but if anyone had simular probs let me know what it is thanks

It will do that until you tune your car. It will run right and idle the first time you fire it up, but after that you will probably have trouble getting the car to idle and not die on you. Get it tuned.

Holy crap...that was one loooooooooooooooong sentence!
And yeah, without a proper tune your car will never run right, and on top of that, you are also leaving a lot of HP untapped. Get it tuned and it will run almost like stock and you will gain at least 20 rwhp.

Get the car tuned as other have said.
Part of a good cams power gain is more area under the curve. Without tuning you'll miss some of the area and overall gain.
Long time ago when we did my H&C, another car did almost he same H&C package. We had different headers. I had tuning & he didn't. Our peak numbers were pretty close but my car made as much as 20 to 30 rwhp and rwtq more in some places on the graph. A big part of that difference was the tuning.
My car was much better mannered again due to the tune.
Gas mileage will also be better with tune.
Likewise, your car is probably running to rich without the tune in daily driving. Long term this isn't a good thing.
