Low exhaust cuase bad Head Gasket?

Low exhaust cuase bad Head Gasket? I have a y pipe that hits the street on the freeway, sometimes very hard because of how low it is. My question is, can the force of impact lift the head and cause a head gasket leak? May be a stupid wuestion but I thought I would ask.

Just thought I would check. I want to drive the car this weekend and can't get it to the shop until next week.
