Well My car just turned 100k miles, and im way away from home. I have a jingling noise coming from the front or the front passenger side of the motor, almost sounds like a bell, anybody have any ideas on what this could be? motor runs/idles fine, just makes a funky noise. I'm thinking its the roller rockers or something on the top end, but the thing is I don't hear it speed up when the motor revs. Anybody have any ideas on what it is?

I've had all sorts of weird *** rattles in my car. The original one was the damn spare mount was just sitting in the spare tire well and making an awful noise. Then one of the headlight covers was loose.
You could be having some piston slap / knock? It usually sounds like marbles.

This sounds like bells, like jingle bells, coming from lower passenger side of the motor motor revs fine, and sound doesnt seem to escalate, maybe the alternator jingling for no reason? I dont think its in the motor because It doesnt seem to speed up the jingle when I give it gas

You need to look at parts that can cause this - pulleys, water pump, PS Pump, exhaust clamps, pipes, hangers, shields, clutch, etc.
Start by removing the belts, then get under the car and check the other stuff.

I've given up on looking for where mine is coming from since it drives fine.

Remove the serpentine belts momentarily and start the car to see if it goes away would be the first step or with the engine running take a 3-4 foot piece of garden hose and put one end to your ear and with the other end move it around over the engine to see if you can isolate where the noise is coming from.
A/C compressor and/or tensioner pulley or belt
Main serpentine belt or the tensioner and/or idler pulley
Water pump
Alternator
Power steering pump
I just replaced both of mine last year but another thing to consider is an electric fan motor on its way out.

FOUND MY ISSUE !!!!!!
The Air / Smog Pump Check Valve on the passenger side was faulty. The hose was crazy hot meaning the valve was bad. Driver side was not hot at all. So, order a valve from rock auto, be here today. I will report if this fixed it. However, I believe it will since the noise was coming from that valve.
