Default Bo White 5.3 heads

Just got a couple pics of the heads from Bo White last night. He sent me a couple pics & told me this was just a taste. He also said they decided to flow them when he picked em' up from Gunnar just to see what they would do. He & Gunnar both were suprised in how well they flowed. He told me its one of if not the highest flowing set of factory cast 5.3 heads he has ever done. He said they flow extremely well in the lower lift too. The heads went to Gunnar to be fixed(from a machine shop error) & assembled with a Patriot dual spring kit.

I believe he told me they flowed the following as they were before he left Patriot(If I'm wrong Bo or Gunnar correct me) :

261 @ .500 lift on the intake side (told me they pretty much held that at .600 too so him & Gunnar decided it would help to swap out the valves to get some better flow all the way up to .600, so they will flow a little higher when I recieve them) Bo is swappin the valves now before shipping to me.

219 @ .600 lift on the exhaust side.

To give you an idea how well they flow here is the specs off Patriot's Stage II 5.3 heads that have a little bigger 2.02 intake valves, 5 axis CNC & 5 angle valve job.

.500
274 cfm (intake)
205 cfm (exhaust)

.550
290 cfm (intake)
213 cfm (exhaust)

.600
296 cfm (intake)
220 cfm (exhaust)

And a couple pics...

Thanx, they have the intake valves cut for low lift flow. They moved pretty good there after everything was said and done with 141.8 @ .200, 199.8 @ .300, and 247.4 @ .400, not too bad for a production 2.00 valve and a 220cc runner.
I can change the intake valves out with a different cut and pick up the top but will hurt the bottom and since he said he does mostly "redlight to redlight" they will fall right at home. And something he can upgrade later with a 2.02 Ferrea and make em do real well up top.
