hi all
I hope to find some one can hepe me in this case


I have TAHOE 2003 5.3L V8 and i want to know what is his stock piston and Connecting Rods size

and i want to put on it piston Dome what is the best size for the stock engin and Connecting Rods also

i hope to help me in this case because i don't now wall in car's so i don't know what can i do and what can i put with out problem

Notice : can i ues piston and Connecting Rods for the 5.7 in my Tahoe (5.3 ) ???

Hey there, we've done pistons for the 5.3 before as custom. .945 is the pin diameter. There is a dish in the stock piston that can be shallowed to increase compression without resorting to a dome. Basically any compression ratio you want. If that's a direction you want to go, feel free to email me at bnutter@wiseco.com

Stroke=3.622
Rod=6.098
Deck Height=9.240
commpression height= 9.240-(6.098+(3.622/2))= 1.331"

Just call one of the many fine sponsors and order custom pistons. They will tell you everything you need to know.
