Default Help with low end

I want to start a motor build over this winter, and I want this. I want a nice....500 horse all motor car, with a big nitrous shot. It will be a daily car, so it can't be retarded. I love a really ridiculous idle. Do I need a forged crank/forged rods to handle a 250 shot? It is pretty obvious I need forged pistons.

Also, I was looking at stage 2.5 PRC 5.3L heads and a set of -8.6 cc dished pistons, how much lift/duration cam can I run with that setup?

And, I am willing to go anywhere from a 346-383.
